About Me

I am a naturopath, nutritional therapist, herbalist & kinesiologist.

Simply put, I help people get healthy using natural medicine.

I primarily focus on herbal medicine as plants are such a powerful tool for healing that are also accessible and affordable.

Many herbs I love you could find foraging for free (I live in London so trust me anyone can forage these) or can be grown easily in the garden. In fact, many are weeds!

I love the rich history and tradition of natural medicine, from simple folk medicine to Ayurveda, there is something for everyone.

I started studying naturopathy in 2012 and I want a place to share what I have learned and keep learning over the years.

Materia Medica will be my place where I will teach you how to use naturopathic principles and herbal medicine so you can start to be your own best healer.

I will combine simple tips that you can add in your daily life and with more in-depth topics on things that have piqued my interest.

What you will get if you subscribe:

  • Monthly Masterclasses

  • Monthly Q&As

  • Herbal Monographs

  • Nutrient Deep Dives

  • Naturopathic Tips

plus a podcast with some special guests as and when.

Upcoming masterclasses include:

  • Skin Health

  • Sleep

  • Thyroid Function

  • Adrenal Health

This will evolve as we build this together so I can find out what you want to learn about and of course for the Q&As you can ask me anything!

All you need to do is subscribe to get access to all of this and updates will go directly to your inbox (or there is an app!) very easy!

I hope you will join me!

Lots of love,

Izzy xx
